Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic freelance Student Success Intern who speaks the language of She Designs and embodies our principals to intake, sign up and onboard potential and current students in our UX courses. As a Student Success Intern you are the first person our potential new clients and students will connect with so we expect you to stand by our mission and provide an impactful interaction.
Responsibilities include:
Learn and develop recruitment techniques to engage potential candidates
Assist with candidate selection process (review and selection of candidates)
Balance weekly outbound calls and email communications
Recruit candidates by screening for shared values and fit with our mindsets
Track, update and report candidate data using Slack and Drift
Assist in on-boarding new students after they are admitted to the program
Characteristics of a successful intern:
Strong interest in our mission and values
Effective interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter that thrives collaborating in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
Basic understanding of user experience design and design thinking
Some experience with recruitment, onboarding, sales or customer service is desired but not required.
Experience with Slack, Drift and Google Forms desired but not required
