+ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept check, bank wires, credit/debit card, and PayPal. Please send checks to She Design Creative Agency LLC. Please include your full name and a course description. + I’m an absolute beginner with zero experience or knowledge in the subject matter you teach (e.g.,UX/UI Design). Are your courses still applicable for me?

Many of our long-form courses are geared towards students with little or no prior knowledge. Our courses attract students with various backgrounds and expertise, so we make sure our mentors are reachable during office hours, and any additional help is available as needed to provide personalized feedback and support.

+ Besides the hours spent in class each week, how much time do I need to dedicate to a course outside of the classroom?

A minimum of 8 hrs per week is required to review the Resource Kit learning material and Practice Assignments. We encourage you to spend time in independent study and continue to practice and build upon the skills you have learned in each lesson.

+ What are your academic policies?

+ What benefits or certificates do students receive once they have completed a course?

A certificate of completion is awarded to all those who finish the course.

+ My employer might pay for my course. What verification will you provide that I have successfully completed it?

We provide an acceptance email once someone has enrolled in the program.

+ Will the course be accepted at an officially accredited academic institution?

No, the course is not officially accepted at institutions however it can be included in your resume under skills.

+ Do you offer any free learning resources?

+ If I am a novice can I still apply for the Immersive course?

Yes, the 10 week course is for all levels.

+ Are there any prerequisites for any of the courses?

No prerequisites. Everyone is welcome!

+ Is this UX design course conducted online, or in person?

Our Intro to UX course takes place entirely online. All you need is an Internet connection. Our UX Immserive course will be available in person in New York City and Online.

+ What's in the “curriculum", and how many hours of work will it be?

We worked with industry experts to curate the best online resources, based on the most relevant and in-demand skills. Expect a total of ~16 hours of work a week, including project work.

+ What kind of mentoring support can I expect?

You’ll interact 1-on-1 with your personal mentor bi-weekly based on availability. Your mentor will keep you accountable and help you succeed in the course. Additionally, you’ll have access to weekly Office Hours and to an exclusive community of mentors and fellow learners. You can ask questions and receive project feedback through the mentor calls, Office Hours or the community.

+ Are there any UX tools I need to download/use for this course?

Yes, students will need to download a trial of Sketch, Adobe XD, and Invision. These UX design tools will have trial periods sufficient enough for the course. We will be using Zoom Meeting for live calls, and Slack to keep in touch with you during the course.

+ What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Students may cancel at anytime for any reason. Students that enroll now have up to the 1st week of the course to cancel for a full refund. After 7 days of class starting, students are not eligible for a refund. However, we do offer a re-enrollment discount if you take the course but don’t complete the course.
